What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of internal global technology projects, ensuring they are fit for purpose and future-proofed.
• Manage business enterprise applications, such as Workday, and explore AI integration opportunities.
• Coordinate global project resources and lead dispersed technology teams as virtual units.
• Apply project governance and controls, adhering to stage gates and securing core deliverable sign-offs.
• Manage project inter-dependencies and escalate roadblocks to ensure successful delivery.
• Report progress and issues to stakeholders, including the Steering Committee, while managing budget and scope.

Requirements

• Must be based in Manila.
• 8+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Project Management certifications (Prince2, PMP, or Agile).
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and advanced project management methodologies.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and commercial negotiations with preferred suppliers.
