Salary: €80,000 – €110,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Launch and build strategic ventures from scratch into scalable revenue streams.
• Execute high-priority missions directly with the CEO using rapid testing and data-based decisions.
• Manage strategic partnerships and high-level expectations for major global advertisers.
• Develop scaling methodologies and operational frameworks to improve company-wide efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional sprints and coordinate workshops to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in venture building, strategic consulting, or high-growth startup operations.
• Deep proficiency in analyzing market trends and complex datasets to drive strategic insights.
• Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and Lean Startup frameworks within the AdTech space.
• Must be based in Berlin for full-time on-site work.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of the mobile gaming ecosystem.
