What you will do

• Design and implement a scalable global GTM strategy and end-to-end sales operational cadence.
• Support sales teams on high-priority strategic accounts throughout the deal, onboarding, and scaling phases.
• Act as the primary bridge between Product Marketing and Sales to develop a continuous enablement program.
• Architect a global sales reporting framework for pipeline health, forecasting, and performance KPIs.
• Design, model, and manage global sales commission plans and incentive structures.
• Build and lead the foundation of the Revenue Operations (RevOps) function to support company expansion.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting (MBB), high-growth Start-ups/Scale-ups, or VC/PE.
• Proven record in commercial strategy development and GTM execution.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or STEM from a top-tier university.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg, Germany.

• Strong interest or experience in AdTech and its key performance metrics.
• MBA degree.
