What you will do

  • Implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for industry sales growth in South Korea.
  • Lead and develop a team of 5-6 sales executives, managing forecasting and go-to-market commitments.
  • Partner with pre-sales, finance, legal, and compliance teams to structure enterprise deals.
  • Support the sales team in customer-facing meetings to increase deal sizes and value exchange.
  • Provide market insights to GTM teams to help shape product offerings and roadmaps.
  • Navigate complex enterprise contracting processes to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in Korean and high-level proficiency in English required.
  • Strong experience in SaaS, platform, or cloud technology sales and leadership.
  • Proven track record of negotiating deals valued at $1M+.
  • Experience working with channels, ISVs, system integrators, or service partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders and build high-performing teams.
  • Must be based in Seoul, South Korea; no relocation or visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

  • Expertise in RealTime3D, Asset Management, Data Transformation, and Visualization.
  • Experience activating and scaling new go-to-market strategies.
