What you will do

  • Collaborate with Go To Market and Customer Success teams to articulate technical capabilities to prospective and existing clients.
  • Address and resolve customer queries regarding security, AI technology, and platform architecture.
  • Lead the setup and configuration of customer accounts, including SSO and other authentication mechanisms.
  • Design technical solutions and ensure successful deployment of the platform based on specific customer requirements.
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities, specifically regarding API capabilities and additional SKUs.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide customer-driven insights that inform future product development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex buying cycles across legal, IT, and executive teams.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain LLM behavior, security architecture, and API integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating customer needs into technical specifications for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively within ambiguity and prioritize tasks in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong curiosity about generative AI and its application within highly regulated industries.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with LLM frameworks or legal tech.
  • Experience working in high-trust, high-compliance environments.
  • Prior experience at a high-growth startup in an early Solutions or Sales Engineering role.
