What you will do

• Map client requirements to the ShareDo platform through structured discovery and translate them into actionable workflows.
• Configure complex workflows, forms, and templates within a low-code environment while coaching clients on system self-sufficiency.
• Lead end-to-end implementation delivery, ensuring project timelines and high-quality technical standards are consistently met.
• Advise on enterprise architecture, data strategies, and integrations to support scalable, maintainable system solutions.
• Evolve specific solution areas and system accelerators by incorporating market trends, implementation insights, and direct client feedback.
• Support pre-sales activities by creating compelling prototypes and demos that showcase platform capabilities to prospective law firms.

Requirements

• Deep subject matter expertise in a commercial domain such as legal processes, insurance, or corporate law.
• Proven ability to own and drive end-to-end solution delivery in a hands-on, consultative capacity.
• Strong experience in facilitating workshops and aligning complex business needs with technical delivery priorities.
• Technical fluency in low-code environments and solid understanding of system architecture principles.
• Commitment to leveraging AI tools to improve operational efficiency and craftsmanship.
• Ability to travel to client sites and internal meetings approximately 20% of the time.
