What you will do

• Build and maintain systems for opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, and renewal workflows.
• Own sales compensation modeling, quota tracking, and performance reporting.
• Design automations to improve follow-up discipline and drive deal velocity.
• Partner with GTM and Finance on revenue planning and forecasting.
• Manage GTM tool integrations and evolve the technology stack as the company scales.
• Ensure CRM data quality and develop comprehensive reporting dashboards.

Requirements

• Experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a high-growth company.
• Hands-on ownership of sales pipeline systems, compensation plans, and forecasting.
• Strong technical fluency with CRM and GTM tooling.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Ability to thrive in high-intensity, high-autonomy environments.
