What you will do

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of complex electromechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve failures across mechanical components, hardware, software, and integrated systems.
• Manage parts inventory, coordinate shipments, and oversee the upkeep of tools and test equipment.
• Provide technical mentorship and on-site training to less experienced field service technicians.
• Act as the primary technical communication link between the customer, management, and technical support.
• Ensure strict adherence to company safety policies and customer Custody and Control Procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a field service environment.
• Hands-on experience with electromechanical equipment.
• Proficiency in electromechanical troubleshooting, electronic principles, and computer networking.
• High school diploma or GED (Associate degree or technical certificate preferred).
• Ability to obtain Gaming Licenses in required jurisdictions.
• Flexibility for long hours, shift work, and travel.

• Experience with solenoids, belts, rollers, bearings, pneumatics, and guides.
