What you will do

• Manage marketing activities across four HNC segments: Early Life Nutrition, Dietary Supplements, Pharma, and Medical Nutrition in Japan.
• Adapt and translate global and regional product marketing materials to meet local Japanese customer and market needs.
• Provide business and market insights to support health benefit strategies and new concept generation.
• Lead strategic cross-functional projects as a project manager to ensure timely closure.
• Support customer project creation, including innovation workshops and tradeshows.
• Drive branding and digital communication across all internal and external channels for HNC Japan.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of relevant industry experience in Nutrition & Health, preferably a mix of B2B and B2C.
• Strong understanding of the Dietary Supplement market in Japan.
• Proven ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in regionalizing global campaigns to drive local interest and lead generation.
• Excellent command of English.
• Proactive can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
