What you will do

• Drive cross-segment marketing activities across Early Life Nutrition, Dietary Supplements, Pharma, and Medical Nutrition in Japan.
• Support pipeline growth, project commercialization, sales targets, and profitability objectives.
• Translate and localize global and regional product marketing materials for Japanese customers and market needs.
• Provide market insights, support health benefit strategies, and contribute to new concept generation.
• Lead selected strategic cross-functional projects and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
• Support customer workshops, tradeshows, product launches, branding, and internal and external digital communications.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of relevant industry experience in Nutrition and Health.
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing.
• Strong understanding of dietary supplements in Japan.
• Experience adapting and regionalizing global campaigns for local markets and lead generation.
• Strong stakeholder influence, communication, and people skills.
• Excellent command of English.
