What you will do

  • Monitor markets, lines, and bets to maintain competitive edge
  • Leverage advanced risk management technologies to optimize operations
  • Collaborate with teams and partners to improve sportsbook lines and effectiveness
  • Control sportsbook content and resolve technical issues for seamless user experience
  • Support clients by working closely with user and technical support teams
  • Generate comprehensive risk management reports with actionable insights
  • Drive product improvements and refine risk management processes

Requirements

  • Fluent English and Russian for effective communication
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and non-standard hours
  • Strong knowledge of sports, betting markets, mathematics, and probability theory
  • Experience in risk management principles and compliance
  • Ability to work under pressure and make swift decisions
  • Open to relocation with full support provided
