What you will do

• Own monthly financial reporting and closing activities for German and Swiss entities.
• Support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired companies into group finance processes and systems.
• Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
• Partner with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure statutory reporting compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency across the finance function.

Requirements

• Professional accounting experience with strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
• Fluency in German and English for effective collaboration across international teams.
• Proven experience managing month-end close activities and statutory reporting requirements.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model within Germany or Switzerland.
