TL;DR
Technical Product Manager (LMS/LXP): Managing the operational excellence and technical evolution of the company's learning ecosystem with an accent on platform stability, user experience, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. Location: Must be based in Slovakia (Hybrid/Remote within Slovakia only).
Salary: From €2,200/month gross (negotiable based on experience).

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operations of the LMS/LXP environment to ensure system stability and performance.
- Translate HR and business requirements into scalable technical solutions and platform configurations.
- Coordinate platform integrations with tools like Teams and external APIs.
- Drive governance and compliance processes, including data security and works council requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT security issues and platform enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to align platform roadmaps and improve usability.
Requirements
- Must be based in Slovakia due to taxation regulations.
- Fluent in English and German (C1 level minimum).
- Strong technical affinity with experience in LMS/LXP platform administration.
- Experience rolling out IT systems in corporate environments, including data security compliance.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for platform optimization and process efficiency.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a user-centric mindset.
