Solution Architect (Forecasting & Replenishment): Leading the technical strategy, discovery, and evaluation of modern demand planning and inventory replenishment solutions with an accent on platform-agnostic options analysis and ERP integration. Focus on defining integration blueprints, mapping complex data flows, and ensuring end-to-end solution integrity across the supply chain ecosystem.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Barangaroo, NSW (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and evaluation of demand planning and inventory replenishment solutions.
• Define integration blueprints and map complex data flows within the supply chain ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams during the ERP rollout.
• Facilitate workshops to uncover requirements and challenge technical constraints.
• Evaluate technical pathways, documenting trade-offs, costs, and risks to provide value-based recommendations.
• Navigate conflicting priorities between business needs and technical feasibility.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Barangaroo, NSW.
• Extensive experience in Retail Supply Chain technologies, specifically Forecasting and Replenishment.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale ERP programs from an architecture perspective.
• Demonstrated ability to draft architectural options papers and present definitive recommendations.
• Experience partnering with vendors on system design and navigating Architecture Review Boards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to pivot between technical and business-level discussions.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Working knowledge of TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks.
• Familiarity with SAFe or Scrum methodologies.
• Certifications in SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with O9, Relex, or SAP supply chain platforms.
• Proficiency with Ardoq or LucidChart for architecture modeling.
