Lead Technical Consultant

What you will do

• Gather and analyze requirements, and define integration requirements with third-party platforms.
• Design data models and prepare high-level technical specifications aligned with Appian best practices.
• Define architectural and development standards, and perform frequent code reviews to ensure delivery quality.
• Lead sprint ceremonies, plan project releases, and run major sprint events.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and support application deployments.
• Oversee infrastructure setup for on-premise projects and collaborate with offshore development teams.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience developing enterprise-level web applications using an object-oriented technology stack.
• 1–2 years of experience leading a team of developers.
• Experience with J2EE platforms, .NET platforms, and RDBMS platforms (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server).
• Working knowledge of networks and OS platforms (Windows, Linux).
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• IT degree.
