What you will do

• Design and develop core market making components including order management, pricing engines, and risk control modules using Go.
• Implement market making logic for strategies such as arbitrage, grid trading, and AMM models.
• Optimize system performance for ultra-low-latency trading under high concurrency.
• Integrate with major exchange APIs via REST, FIX, and WebSocket.
• Collaborate with quant researchers to translate models into production-level code.
• Participate in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery planning.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional Go development experience.
• Deep understanding of concurrency models, memory management, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with the go-zero framework.
• Mastery of distributed system design and middleware including Kafka, Redis, Etcd, and MySQL.
• Ability to leverage AI programming tools to improve development efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying system bottlenecks and business anomalies.

Nice to have
