What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive ESD audits at supplier facilities and customer sites.
• Verify compliance with ANSI/ESD S20.20, IEC 61340-5-1, and internal specifications.
• Develop and implement ESD readiness strategies for manufacturing partners.
• Oversee ESD sensitivity testing programs including HBM, CDM, and Latch-Up.
• Provide technical consultation on ESD control implementation and protective packaging.
• Develop and deliver ESD training programs for internal and external teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, quality engineering, or ESD control.
• Deep knowledge of ESD standards including ANSI/ESD S20.20, JESD625, JS-001, JS-002, and IEC 61340-5-1.
• Hands-on experience with ESD test equipment and cleanroom standards.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Certified ESD Program Manager (CPM) or Certified ESD Technician (CET).
• Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Knowledge of specialized flooring systems for electronics manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean.
