What you will do

• Design, develop, and validate reference designs and application boards using power IC solutions.
• Create schematics and collaborate on PCB layout to optimize performance, thermal management, and reliability.
• Perform electrical and system-level validation, including efficiency analysis and EMI/EMC pre-compliance testing.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware design challenges and provide technical support to customers.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, workshops, and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with R&D and Marketing to translate customer insights into future product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in application engineering, hardware design, or power electronics.
• Strong knowledge of SMPS topologies (buck, boost, flyback, LLC, multilevel converters).
• Hands-on experience with PCB design tools like Altium Designer or KiCad.
• Proficiency in simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, LTspice, or PLECS.
• Business-fluent English required.
