What you will do

• Drive sales initiatives tightly aligned to market realities and group targets.
• Identify and act on sales trends and performance gaps using rigorous data analysis.
• Own end-to-end sales forecasting and reporting, including targets and dealer accountability.
• Deliver concise, decision-ready insights to stakeholders and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, BI, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• First working experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations, or a dynamic international scale-up.
• Proficiency in SQL and GSheets for manipulating and analyzing large, complex data sets.
• Excellent organization, written, and verbal communication skills.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.

• Experience with CRM systems.
