What you will do
- Drive sales initiatives tightly aligned to market realities and group targets.
- Identify and act on sales trends and performance gaps using rigorous data analysis.
- Own end-to-end sales forecasting and reporting, including targets and dealer accountability.
- Deliver concise, decision-ready insights to stakeholders and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, BI, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- First working experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations, or a dynamic international scale-up.
- Proficiency in SQL and GSheets for manipulating and analyzing large, complex data sets.
- Excellent organization, written, and verbal communication skills.
- English: Fluent (C1) required.
- Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.

- Experience with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in other EU languages.
