What you will do

• Develop and maintain transactional and operational Power BI dashboards to support product and marketing decision-making.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of complex datasets and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in campaign performance and transaction results.
• Optimize data aggregation and structuring to improve efficiency within the Pay team workspace.
• Support the development of business cases for budgeting, financial planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate between Data and Business teams to streamline planning and accelerate implementation.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and reporting process automation (VBA).
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools, specifically Power BI (Power Query, DAX).
• Basic programming knowledge in Python and PySpark.
• Working experience with Databricks or similar data platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Solid practical understanding of statistics and mathematics.
