What you will do

• Design and develop executive-level Power BI dashboards focusing on clarity, storytelling, and decision support.
• Gather and translate business requirements from senior leadership and marketing stakeholders into analytical solutions.
• Build and optimize scalable data models to ensure performance and usability.
• Analyze marketing performance, including ROI, campaign effectiveness, cost efficiency, and reach.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all reporting solutions.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to challenge business assumptions and support informed decisions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Proven experience in marketing analytics, including campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
• Advanced SQL skills and solid understanding of data modeling (e.g., star schema).
• Ability to communicate complex insights through data storytelling for executive audiences.
• Must be based in the EU region with a valid work permit.
• Very good English language skills (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure, Azure Synapse, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools such as Azure Data Factory or dbt.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with UX/UI best practices in BI dashboard design.
• Experience in logistics or e-commerce operational environments.
