TL;DR
Data Engineer (HR Support) (SQL/Python): Supporting group-wide People & Culture data consistency, reporting, and systems alignment with an accent on data migration and governance. Focus on analyzing large datasets to spot inconsistencies and implementing monitoring solutions for HR personal data.
Location: Remote options available within Poland or onsite in Warsaw

What you will do
- Support group-wide HR data consistency, reporting, and systems, including SAP SuccessFactors.
- Align data types, structures, and validations with business context and processes.
- Query and analyze large, varied datasets to identify patterns and inconsistencies.
- Design and implement data processes, monitoring, and governance solutions.
- Document findings via data dictionaries, field mapping, and process playbooks.
- Communicate technical data recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Previous experience in at least one system migration project with data responsibility.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Databricks, PowerBI, Excel, and GenAI.
- Strong understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive HR personal data with high accuracy.
- English: C1 or higher required.
- Polish: Proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Experience working with data across multiple countries or legal entities.
- Practical experience with a global HRIS (HR Information System).
- Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or BPM certification.
- Knowledge of process mining or data-driven process improvement.
- Experience building Power BI dashboards and views.
