Salary: $138,800 – $194,300 annually

What you will do

  • Lead the successful implementation of new product, pricing, and underwriting actions at state and national levels.
  • Maintain loss ratio discipline and risk tolerance while driving profitable growth in assigned markets.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to develop effective competitive intelligence tools.
  • Report on product performance using data-driven insights to optimize KPIs and business objectives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with underwriting, marketing, sales, and IT to deliver cohesive product initiatives.
  • Ensure all products remain compliant with regulatory requirements and standards.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States (excluding restricted states listed above).
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in product management, actuarial, or finance roles.
  • Minimum 5+ years of specific experience in homeowners insurance.
  • Deep understanding of personal lines insurance, reinsurance, and regulatory landscapes.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex issues for stakeholders.
