What you will do

• Lead the Customer Success account management team to ensure successful platform onboarding and adoption.
• Act as the single accountable product lead for customer success and value realization.
• Coordinate delivery across supporting teams to guarantee excellent migration journeys.
• Drive organizational and service change to improve customer experience and platform value.
• Engage senior stakeholders and executives to influence outcomes and align on requirements.
• Develop craftsmanship for POs and CJEs, coaching team members and building a culture of accountability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in platform, product, or customer-facing roles, preferably in data, analytics, or cloud environments.
• Proven track record in project and account management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• English: C1 level required.
• Bachelor or Master degree.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and make data-driven trade-offs under pressure.
