Salary: $224,000 – $313,500 (Seattle) / $242,000 – $338,500 (New York)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end vision and UX design for AI-driven incubation projects that shape the future of travel.
• Define and prototype novel AI-powered product experiences to bring ambiguous opportunities to life.
• Design and iterate on visual and interaction patterns that evolve the brand experience in response to AI capabilities.
• Produce tangible "vibe-coded" or coded prototypes to evaluate ideas with users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional incubation team to integrate AI/ML solutions into customer-facing experiments.
• Communicate key design directions and insights through storytelling to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product or UX design, with a track record of shipping high-quality digital products at scale.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, User Experience, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous and technically complex AI opportunities into clear, testable prototypes.
• Expertise in interaction, visual, and systems-level design.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, and integrating AI/ML concepts into end-to-end customer journeys.

• Experience leading zero-to-one design initiatives that shaped long-term portfolio strategy.
• Background in designing and evaluating AI-first user experiences focused on automation and personalization.
• Experience defining guardrails and evaluation criteria for AI/ML-enabled solutions.
