What you will do

• Discover, design, and deliver intuitive experiences for critical user workflows.
• Define the strategic vision for how AI capabilities integrate into the core platform.
• Build working prototypes using code to validate interactions in realistic environments.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure cohesive user experiences.
• Conduct user interviews and research to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to design culture through critiques, collaborative sessions, and team growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, impactful work.
• Fluency in prototyping, sketching, and detailed interaction design.
• Comfortable experimenting with code to communicate design ideas.
• Curiosity about emerging AI tools and agentic workflows.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, novel problem spaces.
