What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for global Fiat On Ramp, Marketplace solutions, and e-Commerce.
• Define and execute product strategies ensuring alignment with global business goals.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by translating insights from A/B tests, funnels, and cohorts into actionable initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, compliance, risk, BD, and marketing to ship high-impact features.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis across regions to identify emerging trends and regulatory nuances.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and product experience quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally within payments, trading, or Web3 ecosystems.
• Proven track record in managing complex, global product launches with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data experimentation.
• Solid technical understanding, including comfort working with backend, API, and app engineers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across different regions and time zones.
• Must be based in Asia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ecommerce platforms regarding product lists, trading, and dispute handling.
• Familiarity with Web3, DeFi ecosystems, protocols, and compliance frameworks (AML/risk).
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled product growth or data analytics tools.
