Salary: $224,000 – $387,000 (depending on location and performance)

What you will do

• Lead the creation and evolution of an AI-forward customer experience vision and strategy for the AI Incubation Lab.
• Develop best-in-class problem framing and experimentation practices combining qualitative research and AI-driven insights.
• Architect foundational experience frameworks and enterprise-grade design system components for AI-driven products.
• Design simple and trustworthy AI-enabled workflows, ensuring transparency and human oversight.
• Foster an innovation-oriented design culture through mentoring, critique, and rapid prototyping.
• Integrate AI/ML-enabled solutions to improve both customer and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in experience, interaction, or product design with visible organizational impact.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, User Experience, or equivalent practical experience.
• Expertise in at least two core skills: interaction design, visual design, service design, or systems thinking.
• Proven track record of defining customer experience strategies and success metrics for multi-team initiatives.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML concepts and AI-driven tools to real-world digital products.
• Must be based in one of the specified office locations in the US, UK, or Canada.

• Experience leading complex AI-enabled products from early concept through scaled adoption.
• Ability to evolve cross-product design systems that support rapid incubation and experimentation.
• Track record of shaping organizational design culture and coaching senior designers.
• Expertise in human-AI collaboration patterns, such as copilot experiences and generative interfaces.
