What you will do

• Monitor transactional and behavioral data to identify unusual patterns or potential fraud.
• Analyze operational and financial data using BI tools to support risk-based decision-making.
• Conduct preliminary investigations into suspicious activities and escalate cases to stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of internal risk controls, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like Customer Support to resolve risk-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Must be a recent graduate or have 1+ years of experience in an analytical or operational role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
• Must be able to work on-site in Concord, Vaughan and available for occasional weekend hours.
• Tech-savvy with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
