What you will do

• Execute end-to-end technical and operational deliverables for platform engagements.
• Manage daily workflows with a client-first mindset to ensure platform stability.
• Partner with Product, Relationship, and Implementation teams to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Facilitate internal user entitlement management and external user onboarding.
• Troubleshoot moderate to complex technical issues and collaborate with product specialists.
• Document processes, recurring issues, and best practices to drive operational improvements.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in client technical support, data operations, or programming.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and translate them into actionable steps.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to research and recommend solutions.
• Must be based in New York, NY and able to work in the office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with data integrations.
• Familiarity with alternative investments or financial technology (FinTech).
