What you will do
- Execute end-to-end technical and operational deliverables for platform engagements.
- Manage daily workflows with a client-first mindset to ensure platform stability.
- Partner with Product, Relationship, and Implementation teams to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Facilitate internal user entitlement management and external user onboarding.
- Troubleshoot moderate to complex technical issues and collaborate with product specialists.
- Document processes, recurring issues, and best practices to drive operational improvements.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in client technical support, data operations, or programming.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and translate them into actionable steps.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to research and recommend solutions.
- Must be based in New York, NY and able to work in the office 4 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience with data integrations.
- Familiarity with alternative investments or financial technology (FinTech).
