What you will do

• Lead technical projects and manage developer teams, providing guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Oversee the full process from requirement analysis and prototype design to testing and launch.
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate efforts between development, QA, design teams, and external vendors.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet strict quality standards and client expectations.
• Optimize project management processes to improve overall team productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a programmer in software development.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or related roles.
• PMP or ACP certification and a solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Fluent English for seamless communication with international colleagues.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
