Salary: $148,320–$178,533 a year (North America); up to $230,033 for Toronto candidates.

What you will do
- Own the long-term vision and strategy for Identity, Access Management, and Compliance across the platform.
- Translate company, customer, and regulatory needs into a clear, prioritized product roadmap.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding their needs and ensuring insights are understood across the organization.
- Advocate for platform consistency, reuse, and developer experience.
- Lead discovery, definition, and delivery of platform capabilities in partnership with Engineering and Design.
- Act as a trusted partner to Engineering, influencing technical direction while respecting architectural ownership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent on platform, infrastructure, or technical products.
- Strong technical fluency, comfortable partnering with senior engineers on system design and tradeoffs.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for ambiguous or high-risk problem spaces.
- Track record of delivering durable, scalable platform capabilities in a SaaS environment.
- Direct experience owning Identity, Access Management, Security, or Compliance-related product areas.
