Senior Product Manager (Platform)

Location: Remote / Toronto

Salary: $166,850–$262,551 per year; candidates hired in Canada are compensated in Canadian dollars and may receive a different range.

What you will do

• Define the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for compliance, identity, and authorization across the platform.
• Translate customer, company, and regulatory needs into prioritized investments with measurable business outcomes.
• Own platform capabilities including authentication, authorization, permissions, auditability, and compliance-related features.
• Improve internal product surfaces, APIs, tooling, consistency, reuse, and developer experience.
• Lead discovery, requirements definition, backlog management, sequencing, and delivery with Engineering and Design.
• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Go-to-Market teams to understand customer needs and support enterprise adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including significant experience with platform, infrastructure, or technical products.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to partner with senior engineers on system design and tradeoffs.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in ambiguous or high-risk problem spaces.
• Experience delivering durable, scalable platform capabilities in a SaaS environment.
• Direct experience owning compliance, identity, authorization, or security-related product areas.
