Compensation: $218,500 – $250,000 USD (Total Target Cash Compensation)

What you will do

• Define and drive the roadmap for enterprise management features including RBAC, SSO, passkeys, and audit logs.
• Anticipate and address enterprise security and compliance requirements proactively through systemic design.
• Build business cases for platform investments, making the ROI of infrastructure and security work clear to leadership.
• Drive cross-team platform integrity by ensuring consistent authentication and admin patterns across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to define robust APIs and permission interfaces for a stable, well-governed foundation.
• Partner with Sales, CS, and Legal to synthesize customer signal and market needs into prioritized product proposals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from San Francisco, US.
• Direct experience with identity, access management, enterprise administration, or security-focused product work.
• Proven track record of driving alignment across engineering, security, and go-to-market functions.
• Ability to build compelling business cases for infrastructure investments with indirect ROI.
• Strong systems-thinking capability with technical fluency in security infrastructure trade-offs.

Nice to have

• Deep familiarity with SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC), passkeys/WebAuthn, or RBAC design patterns.
• Experience navigating SOC 2, GDPR, or enterprise security review processes.
• Hands-on experience as a hirify.global user.
• Experience writing production-grade software or working directly with auth/identity APIs.
