What you will do

• Lead daily coating operations and manage manpower and overtime planning.
• Monitor production output, yield, re-work rates, and overall process stability.
• Ensure strict compliance with SOP, EHS, and quality standards.
• Drive technical issue resolution and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and coach technicians to maintain optimal skill coverage.

Requirements

• Diploma in a technical field or at least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in a coating work environment and optics processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems like SAP and PDCS.
• Must be able to work in 3 rotating shifts or 12-hour shift environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.
