What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and product conversion for sputtering equipment.
• Execute equipment troubleshooting and resolve chronic electrical and mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve tool reliability and reduce product defects.
• Initiate projects focused on OEE, productivity, safety, and cost reduction.
• Utilize data analytics and machine learning applications for tool troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Experience in mechanical or electronics maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work in a clean room environment.
• Ability to work on a 12-hour shift pattern.
• Proficiency in data analysis and MS Office.
