What you will do

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical facility systems.
• Monitor cleanroom CTQ parameters via SCADA and implement prompt remedial actions.
• Respond to facility faults and breakdowns (e.g., power trips, water leaks) to minimize production impact.
• Supervise and coordinate contractors for maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades.
• Utilize CMMS/FMS to document work orders and maintain equipment history for audits.
• Coordinate utilities installation and tool hook-up works for facility project activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation/Control Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts or 8.5-hour normal shifts.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting cleanroom or semiconductor facilities.
• Exposure to facilities-related project work, such as utilities installation and A&A works.
