What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and product conversion for sputtering equipment.
• Execute equipment troubleshooting and resolve chronic electrical and mechanical issues.
• Lead a team of technicians to maintain and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Collaborate with engineering teams on tool reliability and product defect reduction.
• Initiate productivity improvements, safety hazard mitigation, and cost-saving projects.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure tool stability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work in a clean room environment.
• Must be willing to work a 12-hour night shift pattern.
• Relevant experience in equipment predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with Mechanical Engineering principles.
• Effective hands-on troubleshooting skills for equipment maintenance.
• Leadership ability and capacity to work under minimum supervision.

Nice to have

• Working experience in PLC controls.
• Experience with vacuum technology.
