What you will do

• Lead operations training activities, including needs analysis, planning, delivery oversight, and effectiveness measurement.
• Manage and improve On-the-Job Training (OJT) and certification systems to ensure employee competency.
• Develop training programs and materials in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Maintain and enhance training databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Oversee factory waste management and plastic recycling streams in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Administer fixed asset scrap management and coordinate scrap sales activities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Training, or a related discipline.
• Experience in operations or manufacturing training, certification management, or workforce capability development.
• Experience leading or coordinating trainers or operational teams.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Woodlands, Singapore.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Nice to have

• Exposure to surplus asset management, waste management, or sustainability-related activities.
• Familiarity with digital or video-based training tools.
