What you will do

• Oversee daily facility operations and manage preventive maintenance programs to ensure operational excellence.
• Utilize remote monitoring tools such as BMS, IoT sensors, and CMMS to track performance and resolve issues proactively.
• Manage vendor relationships and establish clear SLAs and performance metrics for service partners.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, identifying opportunities for cost-saving.
• Implement safety programs and maintain emergency preparedness plans and compliance protocols.
• Lead facility upgrades, system replacements, and construction projects in coordination with IT and HR teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities management within corporate, industrial, or lab environments.
• Proficiency with CMMS, BMS, Microsoft 365, and budgeting tools.
• Strong understanding of building systems and safety regulations.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).

Nice to have

• Certifications: CFM, FMP, or SFP.
• LEED Green Associate or AP certification.
• OSHA 10/30 or equivalent safety certification.
