What you will do

• Manage the PR/PO conversion process in SAP following supplier selection procedures.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tracking and escalating purchase orders.
• Ensure the continuous supply of necessary goods and materials to prevent operational risks.
• Coordinate with category managers for specific markets.
• Prepare and deliver summaries, updates, and procurement reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in indirect purchasing, MRO, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in purchase order tracking and supplier management.
• Advanced English level (conversational).
