Location

Location: San Antonio, TX (4 days onsite)

Salary: Approximately $100,000–$130,000 (based on experience)

What you will do

• Support data governance initiatives to improve data quality, integrity, and compliance.
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and data integration processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
• Develop reporting and dashboard solutions using business intelligence tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis and visualization.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics solutions across rotational assignments.

Requirements

• Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements (no visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics) or equivalent education/experience.
• Military veteran with an honorable discharge.
• Minimum 4 years of military experience supporting data analytics, information management, data engineering, intelligence analysis, reporting/business intelligence, and/or software development supporting data solutions.
• Experience with data reporting/analytics/database technologies and data management principles.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Tableau, Business Objects, Snowflake, Hadoop, and/or NoSQL databases; familiarity with Agile methodologies; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of SQL development experience.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience using Python or R for data analysis and automation.
