Data Analyst (Product Analytics)

Location: Must be based in New York City (HQ) with typically 3+ days per week in the office

Compensation: $100,000 – $135,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own customer-facing reporting and analytics across key retail accounts.
• Transform raw data into well-structured, reliable datasets for internal stakeholders.
• Support accurate forecasting and operational planning as the system scales.
• Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to bridge customer needs with internal data infrastructure.
• Surface insights through customer-facing web portals and ad hoc analytical requests.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in an analytical role such as data analyst, bizops, or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with a scripting language like Python or R.
• Ability to think in systems and bring structure to ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear memos and slides.
• Must be able to work from the New York City office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a startup environment.
• Experience with Git.
