What you will do

• Design and develop AI agents for engineering, operations, and enterprise automation use cases.
• Build and maintain agentic workflows and RAG solutions leveraging vector databases and enterprise knowledge stores.
• Implement prompt engineering, context management, and multi-agent collaboration patterns.
• Develop scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Python and Java or .NET.
• Create data pipelines for semantic search and benchmark AI models for quality, performance, and cost.
• Deploy and monitor AI applications on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) using CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory) and at least one OO language (Java or .NET/C#).
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based application development, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Proficiency with the Python AI ecosystem (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, LangChain or equivalents).
• Must be based in the US (eligible for US benefits like 401k).

Nice to have

• Experience with ReactJS or modern frontend frameworks.
• Exposure to Machine Learning and NLP solutions.
• Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Google DeepMind, or Anthropic.
• Knowledge of MCP, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile environments.
