TL;DR
Senior Recruiter (AI): Managing full-cycle recruitment for Finance, Legal, and People functions across the APAC region with an accent on building hiring foundations and scaling teams in a high-growth environment. Location: Must be based in Singapore. Hybrid policy: Expectation to be in the office at least 25% of the time.

What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for G&A roles across APAC, from intake to offer and close.
- Partner with senior leaders to scope roles, calibrate hiring bars, and design effective search strategies.
- Build and maintain high-quality pipelines of passive talent for specialized finance, legal, and people domains.
- Run structured, candidate-centric processes that uphold company values and hiring standards.
- Advise hiring managers using market data and insights to influence decision-making.
- Refine regional recruiting operations, including market mapping and compensation benchmarking.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore or able to work from the local office.
- Track record of closing senior and specialized G&A talent in competitive markets.
- Strong knowledge of the APAC talent landscape.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust with senior leaders.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and building process structure in a growing region.
- Genuine interest in AI safety and the mission of Anthropic.
Nice to have
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with deep expertise in G&A hiring.
- Experience recruiting at a high-growth technology, AI, or machine learning company.
- Experience scaling recruiting in a new office or region.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
