What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from writing compelling job ads to closing offers for teams across the APAC region.
• Proactively source top-tier talent using LinkedIn, social channels, and creative hunting methods in competitive markets.
• Maintain and optimize Workday ATS to improve time-to-fill and cost-per-hire metrics.
• Act as a brand ambassador to ensure a world-class experience for all candidates.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports on recruitment metrics and pivot strategies based on data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in fast-growing tech or multinational environments.
• Proficiency with Workday or similar ATS platforms.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to influence hiring managers and candidates.
• Availability for a 6-month fixed-term contract.
