What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and employment agreements.
  • Identify and attract candidates through job boards, professional networking platforms, and industry events.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Promote the bank as an employer of choice to enhance its global employer brand.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and Workday to track and report on the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar professional recruiting role.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing techniques, interview methodologies, and recruitment principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and French.
  • Proficiency with Application Tracking Systems (Workday) and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data visualization).
  • Must be based in Singapore.
