What you will do

  • Own end-to-end hiring for G&A and User Ops roles, from scoping to offer and close.
  • Partner with senior leaders to define hiring strategies and translate business priorities into talent plans.
  • Build proactive, data-informed sourcing strategies for high-calibre diverse talent.
  • Act as trusted advisor to hiring managers, driving alignment and maintaining high hiring standards.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences reflecting hirify.global’s values and mission.
  • Navigate global hiring complexities with People, Legal, and Compensation for compliance.
  • Improve recruiting processes and provide market intelligence to shape talent strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record hiring for G&A and/or User Operations (Finance, Legal, People, Operations, User Ops).
  • Strong talent judgment to assess experience and potential.
  • Comfortable as strategic partner influencing senior stakeholders in ambiguity.
  • Execution-oriented, managing multiple complex searches.
  • Skilled in building pipelines in competitive markets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regions and cultures.
  • Data-informed approach with modern tools like Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
