Salary: $110,000–$130,000 base | $130,000–$160,000 OTE

What you will do

• Own the strategy, setup, and optimization of Reddit advertising as a new client service line.
• Manage Siege's internal paid social and retargeting campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn.
• Join prospect calls to scope and sell paid social engagements alongside the growth team.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of associates as the service line scales.
• Develop templates, QA processes, and reporting standards to ensure a repeatable service model.
• Communicate directly with clients, providing professional strategies and quarterly reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience running paid social campaigns in an agency environment.
• Strong proficiency in Reddit, LinkedIn, and Meta advertising platforms.
• Proven track record in B2B and B2C marketing, specifically within SaaS, e-commerce, or fintech.
• Strong client-facing comfort with the ability to present to VPs of Marketing.
• Excellent written communication skills for professional client-ready reports and strategies.
• Builder energy with a genuine excitement for scaling a service line from scratch.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Reddit Ads Manager (Conversation Ads, Promoted Posts).
• Experience with ChatGPT ads and B2B attribution challenges.
• Prior experience scaling a paid social practice within an agency.
• Active network in B2B SaaS or content marketing.
