What you will do

• Manage Omni Channel and telephony projects from planning through successful delivery.
• Coordinate projects involving systems integration and data architecture.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify project risks proactively and drive mitigation plans to avoid delivery issues.
• Maintain and update project documentation, business flows, retrospectives, and status reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Release Management, or Release Train Engineering.
• Experience managing Omni Channel and telephony-related projects.
• Strong understanding of systems integration and data architecture concepts.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in cross-functional environments.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
