What you will do
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to develop prospect lists and outbound strategies.
- Research and create targeted outreach materials using AI tools and LinkedIn.
- Proactively source and identify new customers for distribution to the Sales team.
- Partner with Account Executives to advance deals and share market insights.
- Iterate on outbound messaging and processes to improve prospecting outcomes.
- Manage lead generation across the full lifecycle of events, conferences, and webinars.
Requirements
- 2+ years of BDR/sales experience in B2B sales.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into pragmatic solutions.
- Proficiency in account research and personalized messaging using AI tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Willingness and ability to travel to conferences and client events.
Nice to have
- Experience in the payments or fintech industry.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience with in-person prospecting at events and conferences.
- Previous experience working within distributed teams.
