Location: Must be based in or able to work from Chicago, IL or Kansas City, MO (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office)

Salary: $100,000 – $230,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end creator and influencer strategy development for major North American accounts.
  • Oversee program delivery, ensuring consistency, strategic alignment, and high-quality execution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, Data, Media, and Creative to govern influencer programs.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to clients on the role of creators in brand, commerce, and community.
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to pitches, proposals, and strategic frameworks.
  • Coach and develop team members to build fluency in creator strategy and campaign operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in social, influencer, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven track record leading complex creator programs for enterprise-level clients.
  • Deep understanding of the full creator lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiation to measurement.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to simplify complex marketing topics.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model (4 days/week in office) in Chicago or Kansas City.
  • Commercial mindset with experience in agency revenue growth and team leadership.
